Rough but you get what you pay for Place was a mess and felt unsafe. Paid parking was annoying, we just parked at a meter overnight (free after 6p and before 7a, set alarms to go pay it. Location was fine, that’s it
disappointed someone walked into my room at 11pm, the hotel staff had called 5 minutes before to confirm what room we were in. when we brought it to the staff’s attention this morning, they didn’t seem to care. the machine downstairs with cell phone chargers took my money & did not give me a charger. the bed was not clean, there was hair in it. the toilet ran all night long & did not flush. the hot water did not work in the shower. I’ve stayed here many times, this was the worst experience. the location
Fair The breakfast wasn't the best, the parking was expensive (30$/day) and I found several bugs in my room... The location is great and within walking distance to the university and many DT restaurants
Fair Outlet in bathroom and hair dryer not working. Called front desk multiple times as I was in a rush to leave, no answer for over 15 minutes .I went to office,no one there and man who works at parking area looked for worker who rudely said she was out because they had other guests, not just me. I told her I didn't ask her that. I needed a solution, she gave me keys to room next door, I told her it would take me time to move because i was leaving. I dried my hair and left. not going again I had one cockroach in my room. breakfast was served only from 6.30 to 8.30 which was too early.
très mauvaise expérience. je ne le conseillerai pas l’établissement est vraiment insalubre. la chambre est sale (poussière, miettes, toiles d’araignées). le ménage laisse à désirer. une odeur pas terrible dans la chambre, sûrement liée à la saleté de la chambre. il n’y a pas de produits pour la douche dans la salle de bain (uniquement une petite savon été pour se laver !) les draps n’étaient pas très propres. le petit dej est industriel avec des gâteaux dans des sachets pas très appétissant. l’hôtel nécessite un bon coup de ... read more
Buena ubicación, pésimo servicio La limpieza terrible desde la llegada, jamás limpiaron la habitación ni tendieron la cama, únicamente recogían la basura de los cestos. La actitud del personal pésima, solo cumplen con su rutina mínima y lo último que les interesa es la atención al cliente Una excelente ubicación
