pratique pour moi car j’allais à une conférence mais je ne recommanderais pas pour un séjour en amoureux ! temps d’attente au desk, entretien des extérieurs (as and euros, couloirs…) pas terrible le prix, la chambre grande et confortable

we should receive a refund. the facility was disgusting it was extremely filthy on the exterior, elevator, walkways and parking areas. our carpet was stained and the tub/shower was stained. the location

Disappointing
The staff was nice, the hotel needs a facelift..desperately The whole place was rather dingy and trash everywhere. The elevator smelled like gas, the first room we were given, the electricity was out. The staff was great. Very helpful, but very limited
Disappointing 1. getting to the rooms from parking garage was horrible. 2. check in time took 1 hour , we arrived at 2 they did not allow us to check at that time after we explained we being traveling all night and we were in need of rest. went back at 3 and waited till 4 made us pay for parking garage before even checking us in. Bottom line very bad customer service. nothing
