Very average to low, they gave me a bad room, no dampers on doors is not acceptable in a hotel. I got a room with drink spills on the chair that i had to clean myself, worse room location with view on a wall while all other rooms have a view on the pool, no day light in the room (seriously?). Doors have no dampers and I had a neighbor (why putting me next to someone while most rooms are empty???) who was slamming his door like crazy, waking me up everytime he left his room. Würden wir auf keinen Fall wieder buchen. Dieses Art mit Kunden umzugehen ist ein No go! Wir hatten dieses Hotel gebucht, weil es Frühstück anbietet und dies im Preis inklusive ist. Als wir ankamen wurde uns beiläufig mitgeteilt, dass es wegen Corona kein Frühstück gäbe. Es gab aber keine Erstattung, kein Voucher oder eine Anrechnung auf die Parkplatzgebühr. Nichts. Bad It's crazy to me that in a downtown location there's no parking for this hotel. I realize due to my own busy schedule I didn't click enough to see that there's ONLY valet parking for $30 basically. A day. As a small business owner, I would have made my decision if that info was better communicated. It was posted but not in the best place if you're booking last minute. Very Poor Don't let the pictures fool you. The carpets had stains. The room didn't smell or look very clean. The hotel didn't have breakfast due to being short staffed. Aside for paying your room its an extra 25.00 per night to have your car parked on the property. Just that it was close to the places I needed to go while I was there.
Excelente ubicación No estaba bien aseada la habitación, específicamente en el baño. En la pagina web informan que el alojamiento incluye el desayuno, pero al llegar nos informan que no está disponible ese sevicio y no hubo ningún descuento por eso. Es publicidad engañosa.
