Fair The fact that there is mandatory valet, not disclosed, cost as much as the room per night , terrible old coffee packs, old cream, you advertise breakfast of which there is not one thing! 2nd time being scammed by booking. Com, will do my homework next time! Comfy bed
Disappointing. Check in was a nightmare. The girl at the front desk gave me the wrong room twice. I did not feel safe at night as there were a lot of homeless people you could hear yelling at night. They charge a lot for parking and did not know you had to use the valet service. I refused stating I did not want anyone in my car due to the Corvid virus. Horrible The room was not nice enough to be so expensive. The lamps were falling apart. There was slime on the microwave. The whole entire night dogs wouldn’t shut up. People were smoking weed outside of the rooms. Dog pee was covered in hallway. I’m never coming back. The location was fine
You get what you pay for. The air conditioner was cold, which was nice, but released a smell. The room smelled poorly when the start and had old paint like stains and blood stains. I sanitized and cleaned the room myself to make my stay comfortable. Housekeeping could definitely do a better job cleaning. The location was convenient because you are close to downtown Austin. It was nice having cable television.

We found a face mask in the room hanging in the room. Also bag over smoke detector smoke smell Not open
It was fine. They could have told us that breakfast would have been canceled . My partner and I were very dissapointed that the bell clerk and website failed to mention there would be no complimentary breakfast offered. There was poor communication. The bed was great and room was good. There were so many guests screaming and banging loudly all evening .
