Great location not great stay The AC unit was giving off dewy air, the refrigerator didn't work with a melted pint of ice cream throughout the unit, breakfast was extremely underwhelming (granola bars, muffins, coffee and a jug of milk), door entrance to my hall was a glass door... with the glass missing, the room door lock did not seem secure, stains on the bathroom towels, blow dryer didn't work, bed was uncomfortable with misshapen pillows, the elevator was shaky and buttons got stuck, very little guest parking for check ... read more

came from Houston for a doctors appointment and wasn’t satisfied but it was for only one night. the parking is very expe it wasn’t what I expected for a La Quinta. nothing really.

Overall, disappointing experience The facilities could have been cleaner. There was a broken glass door which had glass throughout the hallway. That's extremely dangerous with a toddler. It would also been helpful to know about the additional expense for parking upfront, before booking. Overall, the entire experience was really disappointing. The pool was enjoyable. The television was updated and had YouTube which was helpful with a toddler.
Please read the reviews before booking. Elevator is filthy, rooms are dirty and noisy. Staff is good
Bad Nothing very disappointed When we booked this room we did not realize we had to pay $56.00 for parking. This place is not worth the money. Very displeased. We could have stayed in the Marriott which is much nicer for less. We should have booked with Expedia.

Great communication with staff but horrible first time experience Someone broke the glass on the door and the staff left glass all over the floor in the hall way. We stayed for 2 nights and no one cleaned the glass, they just put a sign up. The rooms smelled like mildew, and the whole place was humid due to the glass door being broken. The bedsheets were dirty and there are people who will hang out in the parking garage to loot your car late at night. Which happened to one of our cars. The staff was friendly
