Disappointing
Bad It smelled horrible, the floors were disgusting, wet smelled moldy, our pull out bed had no mattress, the curtains were filthy , the walls were filthy, they switched us to another room, then we had no refrigerator in the room, was a terrible $455, plus 64 for 2 nights parking Nothing
Poor Les coursives sont sales, L'état du bâtiment est au diapason : peintures qui s'écaillent, menuiseries de fenêtre noires de crasse, les surfaces sont collantes... bref rien de ragoutant. Le prix pour Austin.
Great location but in desperate need for carpets to be changed and electric connections made safer! Some of the items in the breakfast was off, not sure why because the wrapping was on date. The fruit was also off but I guess is the heat. The worst thing was the carpet in my room it was stained, sticky and grotty. I couldn't walk bear foot and didn't feel comfortable doing my exercises on the floor. Location was good. Everything else was disgusting and filthy. Not worth the money It's absolutely filthy. Tv didn't work, they wouldn't/ couldn't fix it. Sheets were stained, comforter had cuts in it, like someone sliced it with a knife. They charge $35 to park there. There was no continental breakfast, just coffee and muffins. Half of the outlets in the room were so old, a phone charger wouldn't stay plugged in. A Unfriendly and Dirty Hotel, The entire stay , dirty hallways, elevator was dirty the room was not very clean...staff not very knowledgeable , the Manager was not friendly, he said the staff has not rights to offer us the discount of the parking fee of $32.50, THERE WAS NOTHING WE LIKED at this filthy Hotel. My wife and I were not very pleased, the hotel is filthy and we not be staying there in future visits, we were told by the the person that checked us in that we would be charged the $144.plus tax and would NOT be Charge... read more

Fair for the price. The hotel is old and simple. The room is acceptable and clean except the carpet. The carpet was moist and smelly. I could hear everything happening outside. More than once I though someone was opening my door because it sounded so loud when people opened doors next to our room. I loved the location.
For one night to attend an event, I can survive a lot. In general the hotel looks shoddy and unkept. I couldn't determine if the facility is just poorly maintained or waiting on major refurbishment. The breakfast buffet wasn't particularly good and located in the lobby with no seating. The inside of the microwave was grossly unclean.
