Disappointing The hotel is old, noisy and never updated or restored. Although the staff makes it as clean as possible, they should renovate the place. Perfect location
Very Poor They charge parking aside 27 dollars
So-so Room service...they only remade one of two beds. Breakfast was limited choices. Room and hallways smell like old socks; had to keep the fan on all the time. Angel at desk was very accommodating but early check in was originally unavailable as promised on a email from La Quinta. They disregarded because we went thru booking.com Location is great. Location.
Fair Room kinda small , but may have been that i read descriptions wrong . They had water issues as soon as we arrived at 4 but was up and running later in about an hour . Only valet parking at $25 dollars a day! Check out was at twelve. They had soft water.
Poor Poor facility condition, unhealthy breakfast choice with lots of plastic wrappings (environmentally unfriendly). Nothing unfortunately.
Disappointing Everything else about the room/hotel did not meet expectations. The room had a smell in it and we had to open our window several times to try and air it out. The water ended up being shut down for maintenance and instead of giving us a heads up, they only let us know after it was already shut. The location of this hotel was great---very easy to walk into downtown Austin!

Fair Old, shabby, not very clean, needs repair, too many noise and sounds - you will hear your neighbors talking in the room next to yours, smth wrong with water supply - every 10-15 mins you hear sound of water which lasts around 5 seconds even at night. Location. Very friendly staff at the reception trying to do their best for you to feel comfortable
