Very friendly service but No hot water for showers and really no valet in which we paid for! We had no hot water in the showers,, and unfortunately had to take a few of them in COLD water!! I very upset And we payed 30 dollars for valet that really wasn't even availible..We had to park our car ourselves several times. (I really want a refund on that part if possible!!) Due the circumstances, my boyfriend and I stayed for an hour only and would not go again. EVERYTHING. The bedroom was filthy. There were stains on the bedsheets, our toilet was clogged/making noises when it wasn’t in use, the carpet was sticky, the room had a smell of cleaning products and cigarettes, and I could go on. NOTHING like the images shown, terrible place to stay. The only thing my boyfriend and I liked was the man at the front desk. He was very helpful in canceling our stay and understanding our circumstances.
Disappointed...... Advertised breakfast, but in reality NO breakfast and no staff alerted us to this when checking in! No light in the bathroom. They did not inform us at the desk when checking on that there was NO breakfast. I would not have stayed here if I had known that! Also I informed the desk that the light was out in the bathroom, he said he would personally take care of it because the maintenance person was leaving for the day. He did not replace the light bulb! Could’ve been better with more staffing aboard. The pool wasn’t open because there was poor staff. They didn’t promise as much as they do on the website.
Tolerable Management and Security do not manange who parks on their lot. Luckily the wkend of Memorial Day parking was free (at hotel and across downtown street parking), but Management does absolutely nothing to manage parking on their site. There were none available for the three days I was there. When I phoned front desk, a male concierge was rude and stated “ma’am we have 3 levels so I don’t think it’s possible you can’t find a spot!”, as if I was lying! Unsetteled - the personalities of the people who work their made me nervous I did not like the STAFF, first I did not like the room they gave me 127 the room was in a parking garage with cars right outside the door, I did not feel safe for a long time, I asked to move and the man at the desk said if I didn't like it I could check out, HE WAS MORE THAN RUDE.
