Comfortable and convenient! The breakfast was very limited and sparse. Was perfectly comfortable, slightly faded but the location was very good for Downtown bars, restaurants and attractions.

Very Good The carpet was filthy. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. Good location, easy to walk to downtown Austin.
Very Good Exterior was filthy. Interior, & pool were very clean. The exterior, could use some cleaning & paint. Best bargain, for this location.
