I will never book a stay at La Quinta or book through Booking.com again. Booking didn’t research the motel so I am assum Staff was not helpful, especially when I needed help to my room and when I needed help with getting a taxi. The hotel is dirty, there are few lights, the metal is rusty, and there are no signs to elevators, one of which was broken. I asked for help at the desk and was told there wasn’t anyone to help me. The beds were comfortable. The room did not meet standards I would expect with La Quinta. The loca The shower had mold or mildew on the grout and ceiling in the shower. The bathtub had stains. There was fine, pwdery substance on the table. A vroken hangar was on the closet shelf with the handle on the floor, so obviously had not been vacuumed. It was not a comfortable stay The room that was given had hole in ceiling, dirty bed sheets, no heat plate in microwave, the shower curtain had mold at the ends and the beds arent queen size but more of a twin size Just the location
You get what you pay for I guess
Very Poor We did not end of staying after looking at 2 rooms, first room had two huge indentations in the center of both queen beds, 2nd dirty sheets and room smelled like smoke Staff was nice and gave us a refund after the first two rooms we checked out were unsatisfactory.
