Bad It wasn’t clean , bedsheets appeared to be dirty and rooms smelled bad Nothing
Dirty Bed sheet and shower curtain cleanliness are unacceptable The staff are nice to us
Great location, avoid rooms used by pet owners. Room was definitely used by pet owners. Smelled of dog urine. Sheets also showed stains but did smell washed and clean. Oddly light switch right next to the entry door didn't do anything so had to find switches of the individual lights in the dark. Great location just off of the interstate. Heating was working well and room was spacious. Located right next to Denny's and a couple more restaurants which was very convenient. Black out curtains worked really well.
Disappointing sheets and towels were dirty. charging ports did not work. staff was so nice

Bad They were understaffed with cleaners so the bed had black spots that looked like pet paw prints. The room smelled like cigarettes and the heater didn't work. We had to check into a different hotel because it was snowing on the second night of our reservation.
