When asked about an Internet connection they we not very nice The refrigerator door kept opening and so it was leaking all night they have no secure internet It was quiet
I was camping at a dirty site breakfast ran out ..room was not made up..shower was gouges/ceiling was dirth
Poor I was not told about breakfast. I was in the lobby at 9:04 am. Nothing was available. I had to ask for a muffin from the container, attendant reluctantly handed me one. There were loose hairs in the bathtub, nail polish around the sink, brown spots on one of the bedsheets. Super noisy
It was better than sleeping outside, but I think camping would have been cleaner. The chair in my room was stained and broken. The bathroom tiles were filled with mold. The bathtub floor felt slimy and I had to wash my feet separately to make them feel like I wasn't getting athlete's foot. I liked the location to the Colorado Mines campus. It was very easy to get there. I liked that even though staff was getting yelled at almost every time I went in the lobby by irate customers, they were young and they didn't retaliate. Poorly managed place. No accountability for bad service. Clogged shower drain, dirty sheets and blanket. We went and got another blanket, and it was dirty, too. The night attendant gave it to us and said that he didn’t know if it was clean or not. It wasn’t. Curtains had some sort of dark splatter on them and the shower curtain had blood on it. I would not stay here again! Dirty, hot water in shower didn't work, toilet didn't flush, blood stains in chair. Location
yuck If this had been our first experience with a La Quinta property it would certainly have been our last. The property was very dirty. Cigarette butts everywhere, dirt in the exterior hallways, the elevator interior was dirty, the parking lot was littered. The room itself had a very old and noisy wall unit under the window for climate control. The bathroom floor was dirty, especially the corners. Horrible Experience The hotel was dirty everywhere, they were motorcycle people at night all over the parking lot, there was someone fixing their car with a flood lamp at night, there were several rooms with men drinking beer outside on their landing the safety as a single woman was compromised, daily. The key cards would not work and I would have to go to the office to get new keys, the breakfast was horrible old oranges no juice only coffee that was horrible.
