Very Poor
we had booked 3 nights, stayed 1 and got a refund for other 2 nights. the room we were given smelled horrible, either urine or mold/mildew. the place is old/outdated and just looks dirty. Bathroom door frame was worn down to wood, no paint on about a foot of area.

Disappointing tiny coffee cups, doors to the outside, road noise, bathroom floor looked swept but not mopped it was adequate, refrigerator
Clean Rooms. Rough Stay. the shower was extremely hard to turn on and needed a plumber to come get it working. the sink did not drain well. they did not have shampoo and conditioner. claimed they had new vendors and didn’t have them in stock. the police raided a room downstairs from us. that was scary. we were not informed they were coming and it appeared they didn’t find who they were looking for and that person or people could have been anywhere else on the property. we got out of there asap after that. it was near where w... read more
Disappointing How close i was placed to the stairs. Didn't get the best sleep since people were just standing by our room. Had to have maintenance come and fix the bathroom sink and one of the beds had black marks in it like it didn't get cleaned well. Big bathroom
Fair Noise from I-70, lack of much choice for breakfast and running out of items, horrible soft mattress, dirty behind furniture, dirty premises. Location

We paid enough for a nice room, but no no thumbs up. Our assigned room had a used condom with its packaging in our trash basket, a large coagulated puddle of coffee under the room coffee maker on top of the desk, along with other less than clean areas. We were then given a supposedly cleaned room, how ever it was even grimier than the one we left. We had a toilet lid that was loose and threatened to dump you on the floor.
