It is Wise to ask customers to rate, but what good is it if you ignore these comments. The exterior of the building and walkways were very dirty. The wood and railings were in dire need of paint. Considering the amount of rust and decay of the steel railing, I suspect they may be unsafe and fail if someone leaned too hard or fell against the railing. A tumble from the third floor would likely be fatal. The continental breakfast was typical, but there was no butter or cream cheese for toast or bagels r toast or bagels.
Poor Front desk clerk was extremely rude. I was very disappointed with the whole experience.
Bad Very dirty bath tub. Disgusting!!!!
Poor We were moved out of our first room after one night due to the shower leaking into the lobby. The room we moved into was smaller. I was asked if we could get any compensation for these things and was told no. The new room shower temperature sporadically fluctuated from really hot to ice cold without touching the temperature controls. The cleanliness of the room was disgusting. Disappointing
No cleaning service Payed advance get there and is informed i have to pay 100.00 deposit .No cleaning service had to ask for towels. Stayed 4 nights. Bathtub was not clean. Breakfast end at 9:00 So did not get Breakfast there. The price was to hight. But was the cheapest I could fine. Only one dryer and it was broken so. couldn't wash clothes.. Microwave was not clean. Had something brunt in it. My stay was ok
Quite possibly the worst La Quinta in the nation and the pictures of the property are deceiving. The room smelled badly of cigarettes! It was obvious that people smoke in it constantly. We had a hard time sleeping because of the smell. There were long, black human hairs throughout the room, especially in the bathroom. We wouldn’t have stayed the one night but we arrived late and we were too tired to carry all our bags back down the 3 flights of stairs to checkout and find another hotel.
