Fair The comforter and blanket were stained hortibly had to take them off and go buy a blanket, the floor was dirty and the shower/tub had questionable brown stains. Half the lamps didn't work. Location
Wish I spent my $500 somewhere else Rude front desk, not helpful. One young lady tried to be helpful but wasn’t. Another was just rude You’re left alone
Disappointed and disgusted p I reserved the room on line, reserved a ground level floor(had a special needs guest) got room on 2nd floor🤨 reserved a room with 2 king size beds @ king bed price only to get there and get a room with 2 double beds which both look like the linen and bed spreads had never been changed or washed🤢. Terrible lodging, fun trip. Not worth the money. The room looked dirty (the sheets didn’t look very clean and the shower had a ring of dirt). The shower barely drained at all. The shower also fluctuated severely in temperature, ranging from lukewarm to scalding at random. The shower head was oddly low and I’m only 5’2. The curtain had a tear in it as well. The topmost bedspread looked like it had burned holes in it. The location was convenient and the staff was kind.

Great location, poor breakfast options a two star hotel. When I asked the front desk why my room was not cleaned she stated “we don’t have enough help, that’s why.” Giant stain on the bedspread. location
you have nice pictures on line but the place was filthy. the elevators were dirty with the grab bars hanging from the p everything. I’ve never been to such a filthy place. very dirty. the lobby was renovated but the elevator area were dark (lights not working)
