Front desk girl was rude! It was filthy. It had a bed to sleep in! That’s about it!
Won’t go back. Areas outside of room (elevator and walkways) were dirty. Staff was somewhat friendly.
I won't be staying at any La Quinta's again. The room smelled horrible and so did the adjoining room we reserved. The shower head was coming out of the wall. It also sprayed all over the floor no matter where you positioned it. The AC quit working in the middle of the night and was very noisy. Location wasn't bad.
Do not stay here. There was feces in the toilet when we got there. There were bugs in the room. The beds were full, not queen. Terrible. Staff was polite. That was the only good thing.
Disappointed Exterior was old & dirty. We went to the desk several times for trash bags, towels & new room key but each time they were out of the requested items & replacement key also didn’t work. No room cleaning service in 5 days I was there. Neighboring rooms were smoking & drinking outside on balcony. Elevator was dirty! Location was close to where we needed to be for the week
Poor Room, lobby, common spaces not clean or updated This is a pet friendly MOTEL, meaning 1. The rooms open to the outdoors, and 2.more than likely an animal has stayed (and urinated) in your room The pictures on the website were misleading. It is an older property and def shows it’s age. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. That was the only positive.
Dirty and unkept! We paid 150/ night and the room was dirty! The property is old and not well cared for. The bathroom floor hadn’t been swept of mopped and had brown spots (maybe from coffee). The bed was hard. The second night was going to be 250/night but luckily we were able to cancel. No way was this room worth 150! The room set up.
Need some work. Family we traveled with had a smelly room. Our room smelled too but wasn't as bad. There were cigarette burns in the desk. They allow pets in all room. Breakfast was a joke still serving take and go and you only had three options to choose. Beds were doubles and not very comfortable. The concierge was very nice and helpful. Our family received a different room that did not smell. She also provided a crib for their toddler.
Fair Not very well maintained: dirty elevator, shower leaks on floor, had to depend on Denny’s for breakfast, lots of tea bags but no hot water at “grab and go” breakfast bar. Poor, unsafe looking extension cords for power near bed. Friendly, accommodating staff doing the best the could under the conditions
