Fair staff onsite we had a late arrival due to canceled flight, we had to drive 1000 miles to hotel. When we got there the staff had abandoned there post and we were not allowed to check into our 2nd room. we all had to pile into the room my daughter had checked into earlier. We had called facility and let them know we were arriving late
Disappointing
everything was great except one of us had to drive to pick up the ski equipment in Colorado Springs accommodated my simple request Location
Disappointing A bit outdated, beds could be more comfortable- all I did was turn all night trying to get comfortable but never could. Lots of dog poup left untouched all over property, which is disgusting. The main issue was all the snow and ice on the property. Their snow removal company obviously did a quick and poor job leaving it difficult to walk, and near impossible to pull a suitcase around! Might stay again if it's in the summer, when I know all ice and snow would be melted.

Fair Could have been cleaner The room was fine for what I was needing. At first, I thought it was pretty clean but upon further inspection, it wasn't very clean. A decent place to stay for one night for one person and was close to where I needed to be. I expected a little more for the price I paid though.
Less than expected! Noisy. Old feeling.
