It wasn't very pleasant The rooms shouldn't have smell like cat pee the staff could have been polite the only staff member that was polite was Andrew at the front desk There was no breakfast not a juice not coffee not a banana and when I asked about it they were extremely rude so it's because of covid-19 that was one of the reasons we booked the motel was because they advertised a full breakfast which ended up costing us $100 a day while we were there that was my room smell like cat pee the proper tea really wasn't that clea... read more
Fair
Even though it is the closest to my home for quests to stay in, I will try somewhere else next time. One of the room had been smoked in and when we told the guys he just shrugged! A good night sleep

Bad I was completely humiliated and degraded by the employee working that night. She was rude and extremely unprofessional and humiliated me in front of other guests checking in Nothing at all. I left because I was treated so horribly and spent even more money to stay at another Wyndham property, the baymont on 6th ave where I was greeted promptly, kindly and professionally by a wonderful compassionate young woman named shelby. Fair staff onsite we had a late arrival due to canceled flight, we had to drive 1000 miles to hotel. When we got there the staff had abandoned there post and we were not allowed to check into our 2nd room. we all had to pile into the room my daughter had checked into earlier. We had called facility and let them know we were arriving late
