Fair Price was breakfast included...they don't have. Poor cleaning. Poor maintenance.

Poor
Worst hotel experience ever We ordered for 4 persons, but got 2 small beds. Elevator didn’t work, so we had to climb up to 3rd floor with our suitcases in the freezing cold. Internet barely worked. Telephone to complain to staff was disconnected. Booking.com promised breakfast included, but they said it was not included due to Covid. Never had such a bad experience.

The man at the front was the best I ever had for customer service The room was gross found a phone and food in fridge and table in room was broke I had my one year old with me Great guy at front desk

I'm sorry about no breakfast but at our location we have not been able to bring it back just yet. Under the Covid19 Update on all websites it does state that some amenity's are not available. Thanks for your feedback

Fair The bathtub is clogged, when take my shower, the water come out and is really stinky and dirty. Close to lots a places for eat.

Bad management Lack of communication from management to guest . We stayed for 4 days and our room never got room service, even when I asked to be put on the list. If I had known that I had to do my own cleaning I would would of stayed at my mothers. Bad experience all the way around, I will never stay there again Location

Sorry about lack of communication from management but there are notices provided at the front desk stating that during Covid19 our housekeeping staff are not cleaning the rooms daily.
Bad The bed mattress were in horrible condition. Staff was not helpful at all.
