Inconvenience daily with key card, we are senior citizens and this was annoying. Strong smell of dog urine in room, especially when the air conditioning went on,. Also, everytime we went out for the day and then came back, our card key never worked. We had to go to the main desk to have key activated.. The front desk person, Jennifer, was not helpful in rectifying this and could not care less. Location of inn, very clean

Staying away from this place would be smart. Everything about this place was a hard NO Walls were paper thin, so I could hear the people in the room next to me up partying all night. There was a poop smear on the wall in the bathroom. I let the front desk know, and still nothing was done about it.

We only picked la Quinta because thry allow fogs Night clerk was friendly, day clerk not so much First night it snowed and we couldn’t use the heater. It smelled so bad. Was cleaned the next day and like all Hester’s in hotel rooms, worked marginally OK.

Disappointing The building grounds were not well maintained. Walk ways to rooms not well cleaned. Elevator very dirty and never cleaned in two nights there. Room in fair to good shape but outdoor areas and walk ways not very clean or well maintained.

Dirty, smokers, overpriced Smokers outside our room, dirty rooms, AC didn’t work, bathroom door didn’t close

Very poor. Laundry room filthy. Dirt, lint and over flowing trash can. Total hotel needs repair. Breakfast. Very poor. Waffle only non packaged item. Location

Okay Paid more for the deluxe room thinking to have the queen bed and I found the twin. When I've been down to speak to the front desk employee, she arrived with a slice of pizza in the mouth and she told me that there is no room with queen bed and that the deluxe room cost more because there is a microwave. After my complain she discounted the room but still I booked this hotel because deceived by the wrong infos.

I wouldn’t stay here again but there was nothing terrible about my stay. I didn’t like the location, right off the highway and not really the kind of place where you would walk out the door to something fun. The shower was super small and overall nothing felt updated. They didn’t give you some of the basic amenities - such as conditioner. There was nothing particularly special about the place. Just a spot to rest my head at the end of the day.
