Bad The lady at the front desk was rude! Did not tell me there was half power in the rooms until I almost paid for the night there. Refused cash. Was rushing me. The location I guess

Won't be back Exterior needs uplift. Color needs to be changed. Saw alot of rust espe on the hand rails. Lever for shower needs to be fixed. Hard to pull up to prime shower function. Water still coming out of faucet Rate

Wouldn’t book again Bad bag breakfast. Checking always very busy need additional help. Didn’t realize at booking I would have an outside room with an extremely long walk to front. Did mind no room cleaning but when trying to get extra towels etc had to wait very long because the front desk person was fast and good but she needed extra help due to the circumstances. Should have already restarted hot breakfast by now Rooms were clean and comfortable

Be better and RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE The fact they don’t put details on the site about payments options! Unfortunately, this card is not a credit card as stated that is needed on the website. Bad Very dated and our room was by an elevator so I got no sleep what so ever...also this is more of a motel than a hotel Good location

unpleasant this property is filthy. it needs to be razed clean up the property in every way. it looks like it is a condemned building. I consider it to be in the category of a motel Ridiculous. the 1st room had no cable, 2nd room smelled like dog and urine badly, 3rd room smelled of cigarette smoke. the entire property was filthy old and many section were blocked off by cardboard and caution tape.
