Nightmare check in!! Service was terrible between these and booking.com, I was back and forth for over an hour trying to just get in the room I paid for! Room stank of smoke, although it's claimed to be smoke-free?? Pillows were filthy. Location to I-25 and check out.

It was ok Most of the room was ok but the TV did not work finally got a different room the following morning . Very hard to get into the shower. Not very handicap friendly

Disgusted. Lack of care for customers and their safety. I called in to make a reservation and made a huge trip to this location just to be turned away at the front desk at 9 pm because they don't accept cash.

Bad They have batting used for making quilts for comfortoter and a curtain for a blanket! The sink and tub were filthy! And there were a bunch of kids in back parking lot partying all night! Th worst place you could stay no doubt. I wanted a refund but needed a place to crash! Will never go back and I live in town! It needs alot of outside maintenance the rails are all rusted out and garbage all over! The prairie dogs!!

Needs updated, and walk in shower instead of tub. The shower has only a cloth curtain that won't stay in place and causes the floor to flood. It should have a plastic curtain inside. Tub has rust around the drain. Tv needs to be bigger and wall mounted for better viewing.
