Pleasant I paid extra for the breakfast and the hotel did not serve anything at all . During a blizzard where it was impossible to even order food I love the La Quinta inn stayed at a few different ones nice places .

Not even close to being what I expected No refrigerator or microwave in room, never got any cleaning service Not much

Disappointing The outside stairs they were a falling apart I reserved my room 24 hours prior to my stay. All I asked for was a bottom floor room because I am on crutches. I didn’t ask for a handicapped room. Those stairs outside need a lot of repair. I almost landed on my face because of the the unevenness of the stairs. It also was snowing and wet. Please do me a favor for the next handicapped person to please make ever possible accommodations for them they aren’t asking for a lot for a hotel your size.

Disgusting! The room was filthy & in bad repair (paint chipping off of the walls, ceiling & the tub). The sheets had stains on them. The room needed vacuumed. The vending machine near room were closed before posted hours. Nothing. There was no breakfast as advertised.

Bad They never saved my reservation

I am sorry for any confusion there was with your reservations. I see that you had reservations made to arrive 02/04 but that was cancelled. I see that you made new reservations to arrive on 02/05 and those were cancelled because the credit card declined. I'm not sure who you spoke to at the property , what day or time you called. We clearly had your reservation and I'm clueless as to why anyone at this property would tell you we didn't have it. Fair There was there any outlets in the room to use for electronics

Disability room...not I requested a room close to exit and/or door. My disability room was not close to exit/door. When staff showed me the location on map I asked for someone closer to exit. I was told no other rooms were available. I had stairs to climb. The plug for the coffee pot was UNDER the table. I would not stay here again or recommend this as a disability friendly facility!! The front desk staff personable.
