Poor The duck tape in the bathroom. The strange yellowish paint in the bathtub. The leaking tub faucet, the narrow halls, the tiny elevator. Parking was a struggle. The breakfast was worth passing on. The coffee was like water. Major construction everywhere. The beds were ok.
the stay in a beautiful hotel was spoiled by a non-working laundry and the whole evening, instead of resting after the r Tried to use the laundry service at the hotel. as a result, they lost 2 hours traveling around the city to wash their clothes instead of swimming in the pool and relaxing. because after they loaded the laundry and poured the liquid powder, it turned out that the washing machine and dryer did not work ... after renovation, everything is very clean
Bad The ac did not work dirty bed and never revived my deposit back Was ok
Disappointing The floor was incredibly dirty. The bed was uncomfortable. The lightning in the bathroom is horrible. The breakfast was incredibly underwhelming.
Disappointing Bed was HORRIBLE! I think it collapsed to 6” maybe when sitting on it! And room had an awful funky smell Clean
very disappointed. The elevator didn’t work and the guy on night staff could have cared less, we were on the 4th floor. breakfast was poor. The music was so loud in the pool area we couldn’t enjoy. coffee bar didn’t have coffee stocked. the location was convenient.
Poor The bathroom mirrors are terrible. You can hardly see to put make up on. The construction going on 24 seven outside of my window was absolutely ridiculous.. breakfast ends at nine during the week. Kind of silly if you ask me. The location was convenient for what I was in town for.
Easy. We didn't get to stay. We will NEVER stay again at of your properties. We have used LaQuinta in the past. Never again. We had absolutely no control over our travel date -- it was entirely dependent on the surgery schedule for my wife. OK, I understand you couldn't just shift our arrival to a different date. So you made the right decision for you. You collected the $300 from oyur credit card. Good for you! But you have lost a customer who used to be a booster for you,.
