Hair on sheets and black lent didn’t feel comfortable, hair on wall of shower. The sheets looked uncleaned Very friendly staff when we checked in

My stay was mediocre at best. I didn’t eat the breakfast. It’s not made with good healthy ingredients. I set the card on my pillow for a change of bed linens and my bed had only been made not changing the sheets as the stain on the bottom sheet was still on it. The bathtub had lots of stains on the bottom of it. No ice machine on 4th floor. The pool and hot tub was nice and usually no one else in the pool area most of the time. When folks came in, it got very noisy and loud.
I won't stay there again. Dirty room, hassled about switching rooms because they didn't have enough queen beds. Then they tried to put us in a room conjoined to another room. We were trying to watch the NCAA tournament, but the TV in the room was 28 inches. The bed was old and caved in. The room and bathroom were not cleaned properly. Room was decent but had bad luck with 2 sets of neighbors. Spent 3 nights of which 2 we had major disturbances that kept us from sleeping all night. Walls are way too thin.
Disappointing
I should of stayed at the Hilton I did not like the poor customer service skills and lack thereof of the girl that checked me in. I felt like she was judging me cuz I had expensive high end clothes, jewelry and car. All the other staff were very kind and friendly and even apologized on her behalf. so my trip experience was amazing after the deposit issue was resolved.
