Fair We stay at a lot of LA Quintas, and I must say this is the first time we were seriously disappointed. The parking lot had litter everywhere. The staff were rather rude and unfriendly at check-in and pretty much with every encounter. ( The staff is 80% of the reason why we always book with this chain). The beds were uncomfortable and squeaked every time you moved, and there was hair left in the tub 🤮. Breakfast staff were so rude and did not make you feel very welcomed at all. Bad Charged for a service that I did not use, couldn’t stay still charged cancellation fee. Charged me for stay when I couldn’t stay there due to additional fees that were not mentioned.

It was ok. Would not repeat due to bed issue. Lack of shower cap, extremely uncomfortable (WAY too soft) bed left us both aching and tired after a not-great sleep Clean, roomy, convenient, friendly staff
Poor The duck tape in the bathroom. The strange yellowish paint in the bathtub. The leaking tub faucet, the narrow halls, the tiny elevator. Parking was a struggle. The breakfast was worth passing on. The coffee was like water. Major construction everywhere. The beds were ok.
