Very Poor
My stay was painful as I was unable to avoid the smoke. The facility boasts “breathe easy” and 100% smoke free, however they allow guests to stand in front of the entrance to smoke. You cannot enter or leave without walking through smoke. The smoke is so heavy it gets in your hair and clothing. I am terribly allergic to smoke so I had a migraine throughout the entire stay. I wont stay there again. It was Christmas time and I had done some shopping. When I asked to borrow scissors to wrap presents I was told I was not allowed to have them. She asked me to bring my presents down to the lobby to wrap and then she could give me the scissors. I am 58 years old. REALLY!?!?! Was this a junkie hotel where people kill each other with scissors? not up to par way too cold. When we arrived in the room on the fifth floor the hall heat wasn't on. Our room was very cold. It took 2 hours to even heat up some. Beds extremely slow in heating up. Room heat should be kept on when the maids leave. We got good service in finding a room on the 4 th floor 3 hrs later. That hassle ruined our expectations for an enjoyable afternoon. Ended horribly, very frustrated customer. During my last night, we were verbally harassed by the night crew after being accused of having/smoking marijuana in our room by a neighbor room who was already harassing us knocking on our walls that night. We feel that we were singled out and harassed. Okay The bed was too soft with no support. I had a bad night's sleep and woke up with a very bad back ache. Pillows were also uncomfortable. I will not stay here again.

Go somewhere else! Elevators are scary. Sound like they are falling apart. No microwave in room. Sink faucet leaks all over the counter. Room was built with a door connecting to the adjacent room. This was a noise corridor for the very noisy neighbors. Greasiest breakfast sausage I have ever tasted. Will not stay at this motel again.
Very Poor Hair in the bed along with stained sheets. Normally La Quinta are a solid choice. Avoid this one.
