Fair the first room I was given hadn’t been cleaned. the second room the key wouldn’t work. the third and final room was nice
Treated very unfairly There is no laundry facilities at this time and my cable didn't work and for the price I would expect those. My biggest problem though was the fact that i was basically kicked out after 3 weeks and in my opinion very unfairly and unprofessionally. Needs work. Hair clogged the gutter in my shower causing a slow drain and the shower water pressure wasn't great. The elevators are slow even though most of the place is remodeled, they need to update the elevators. Our child found a pill on the floor of our room, but they did give us a refund for one of the two nights we stayed. Breakfast was fine.
La quinta sucks!! They gave ppl my Room number, helped them break in my room essentially to steal a few bucks & my guests keys, then his vehicle Newly redone...
it was a bed in a room… the sink didn’t drain, old coffee was in the coffee machine, no microwave. staff was great
Will stay again if no cost pet policy remains. Major Reno taking place, which is not mentioned when booked. Right now masks are mandatory in Washington and we wore ours but in the morning about 8 construction workers made themselves at home in the lobby at 7a.m. unmasked and helped themselves to the complimentary coffee which rapidly disappeared. remote did not work adequately and no good instructions were given….night staff did not how to work it….one of the smoke major reconstruction, reconstruction debris and dirt in elevator it was close to medical facility
Passable, but not enjoyable. They were remodeling so noise level was ridiculous. Drilling and hammering starting as early as 6:15 AM. Bag breakfast was subpar. No one enforced mask rule...people without masks constantly. When remodeling noise wasn't present, rooms were relatively quiet. See negative comments about remodeling noise.
Noisy I was woke up every morning by the construction they are doing. Half the building / rooms are being renovated. Under those circumstances the room should cost less. There are no microwaves in rooms. And where there was. micro is under construction. Even the cheap hotels have a microwave. location
