Disappointing
it was OK but won’t stay here again. The corridors to rooms are all hard surface and sounds echo and amplify. noisy guests in the halls at night are a problem because there are no soft surfaces to help absorb sound. The halls are also very austere and uninviting. The remodel of this facility definitely is an improvement. I only considered booking here because of the remodel.

Never again I was dissatisfied due to the fact that the pet fees were not included in the price online. I had price for the room but upon check in- I was met with additional pet fees? Makes no sence why it’s hidden. Also- the building wasn’t able to cancel one of my days, due to me making the reservation online? No, I will never do it again Dirty, location by construction site and junk yard, damp rooms, string smell of bleach everywhere, ruse staff. nothing, absolutely NO.
There was an alarm going off in the room next-door for at least two hours there was a lot of banging I’m assuming it was a lot of Noise clean

Fair the first room I was given hadn’t been cleaned. the second room the key wouldn’t work. the third and final room was nice
Treated very unfairly There is no laundry facilities at this time and my cable didn't work and for the price I would expect those. My biggest problem though was the fact that i was basically kicked out after 3 weeks and in my opinion very unfairly and unprofessionally. Needs work. Hair clogged the gutter in my shower causing a slow drain and the shower water pressure wasn't great. The elevators are slow even though most of the place is remodeled, they need to update the elevators. Our child found a pill on the floor of our room, but they did give us a refund for one of the two nights we stayed. Breakfast was fine.
