Horrible As soon as we moved in into the room the toilet got overflowed. The room became a mess. Staff said there is no cleaning lady on site, so we had to wait for a very long time. Jacuzzi was not working properly, the window was broken. And on top of that they charged us 250 USD for “smoking in the room”, even tho that didn’t happen. We demanded the manager call us and talk about this situation, so far we have been waiting for his call back for a week!!! Poor The bed cover dirty shoe prints on beds sheets
Good The bathroom was old. Chip on toilet seat. Had to ask for towels that were not stained from use.
Special stay I don’t know if under new management, but the elevator was dirty. Our room was noisy because the next door people yelling until about 1am. Slamming doors. Room wasn’t very clean. Stains etc. I told staff and received “I’m sorry” The breakfast and greeting staff were great!
