No muy agradable Las toallas estaban sucias nos estafaron con el tema del desayuno y habían cosas que no servían en el hotel La ubicación, a 2 cuadras del metro
Poor Condition Location
GARBAGE EVERYWHERE Place was dirty, there is garbage from the entrance to the room. There was a lot of smoke smell. Staff was very rude. They wont replace towels and soap. Not a wheelchair friendly place. A lot of moist and dust. Sheets were dusty and elevators damaged.
Muy mala experiencia muy mala atención al cliente, antes y durante de nuestra estancia. Con dos meses de antelación solicite el check Inn antes de la hora , la respuesta fue “sujeto a disponibilidad”. Igual el check out. Para ambos casos no obtuve repuesta positiva y tuve que pagar dos días más. La perdona que me atendió al ingresar nada amable y no presentó ninguna opción además de pagar un día adicional por 6 horas de estancia, además, nos asignó una habitación en el quinto nivel (ultimo) la cual tenía problemas en la duch... read more
I have traveled to 12 different countries and this is the poorest customer service ever Too small, toilet occasionally did not flush, room service never came through even when requested Near subway
Fair The room, even tho was big enough had a terrible smell of urine, the bed I slept in was so uncomfortable. The pillos covers were stained with makeup, as in they were not washed from previous guest? The carpet was dirty, not stained, but with actual dirt. The tub/shower had hair in it, so I preferred not to shower at the hotel. My stay was exactly 12 hours so I didnt tell the staff about the issues, I just needed a place to sleep after a 10hr flight and before my next! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST Staff was a nightmare, extremely rude. Can’t think of a place with worst customer service than this so called hotel. Carpets were dirty and full of dust. Furniture was old and very damaged. Chair was broken. The entrance of the hotel was full of garbage, it had so much garbage I thought the hotel building was shut down. There is moist on the rooms and also heavy smoke smell everywhere. Was travelling with a person on a wheelchair and THIS PLACE IS NOT WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY.
