Bad
Very Poor
Friendly, good location, loud street noise, not exactly clean bit neither is new york. No microwave as listed. Refrigerator did not work, had to ask multiple times to get clean towels. Multiple Hair wrapped around shampoo bottles when first entering room. Friendly staff. Good location.
Disappointing
Fair Time of check-in is very bad & inconvenient, seems they over book or do give their full service. Room wifi is not working It's clean & good location
Poor
Horrible Our room had blood all over the walls, on the ceiling, behind the night stand and a huge blood stain on the mattress. Hotel management did nothing about this. I was in town working as an EMT for a local music festival so when I wiped the walls with alcohol swabs it was 100% blood. I would NEVER recommend ANYONE stay at this hotel. It is unsanitary.
Fair Lack of maintenance
Bad The sheets had hole in them, the pullout couch is broken and was already down when we entered, nobody entered the room between the first and second day like normal hotels do. The towels were stained and looked dirty. Did not feel comfortable when sleeping. There were brown marks all over the ceiling. The windows had grease marks everywhere. The lobby smelled disgusting Location was the only good thing about the hotel.
