Bad
Fair The pictures showed a very nice upscale looking room, but in reality it was not. It was good enough for the few hours of sleep we needed. However, I would not recommend it. The bathroom was nasty and the beds were not the most comfortable The location was perfect. It was close to the train and places to eat. It was fairly quiet.
Very Poor
Not clean at all.. Real filthy old stained carpet, roaches present even inside the mini refrigerator, old bed sheets and covers, TV cable doesn't work, rooms are very small and narrow. Available parking, not always at the same limited hotel parking (14 parking spaces, first come first serve) but lots of space at the street.

YOU WOULD RATHER SLEEP ON THE STREET Very dirty place, the hotel entrance was full of garbage. No breakfast. Staff was terrible, very rude people. Not a wheelchair friendly place. Carpets were full of dust and moist. Furniture was damaged. Horrible experience.
peor hotel es el peor hotel que me he quedado. no hay atención al cliente, no les importa la calidad humana. cuando reservé decía que tenía desayuno incluido y room service cuando llegamos dijeron que por COVID no prestaban estos servicios, toca solicitar toallas u sábanas limpias ellos no te lo dan y nos dieron unas sábanas rotas y arrugadas. el peor servicio de todos ubicación
DON’T GO THIS PLACE Staff was horrible, all of them were very rude. Facility was dirty and full of garbage. The elevators were not working. Room had moist and dust everywhere. Carpets were not clean. Bathroom had a terrible smell. No breakfast. No coffee maker. Not a wheelchair friendly hotel.
Malisimo servicio, no limpian el lugar el sistema de entrada a la habitación es obsoleto Nos dijeron que había desayuno y que iban a darlo en la página decía que habían en el precio pero cuando llegue no lo ofrecieron supuestamente porque el covid 19 desabilitaron esa zona pero tampoco me dieron un descuento no lo rebajaron de la factura final y el servicio de recepción es malísimo. Hay 3 chicos que te tratan como si no quieren trabajar. No lo recomiendo su servicio es pésimo Solo la ubicación nada mas
