COLD WATER!!!! I asked the manager of the establishment four times to fix the water in my hotel room he never showed up, after saying he was sending someone. when someone finally did show up they fixed the water for two minutes and then it went back to being cold. when I came back from my festival the last night of our stay I complained again and he said we could move rooms but by this time it was 2 AM and I was leaving that morning. had cold water for the whole weekend. not worth $200 a night. close to the venue i was going... read more
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The entire property is a suspool!! The room was covered in layers of dust, it had not been vacuumed in I don’t know how long, the a/c unit did not work it ran the entire time we were there, the bathroom ceiling was covered with black mold as was the bathtub, there is zero customer service and to make matters worse no one ever answers the main phone number, the hotel charged us TWICE for our stay come to find out from another guest they did the same to him, there is no customer service whatsoever. Fair Comfy beds. hotel location close to the train station.
Poor poor hygiene, lift works from 2nd floor only, uncomfortable beds, rust / mold in showers, foul smell, stained and old carpet, no working phone for this facility, keys that don’t work, expensive considering all factors, wouldn’t go back, needs serious renovation and updates for furniture, paint, carpet, AC in common areas, and a phone Free parking (subject to availability), queen beds, location is good, good amenities close by (food, coffee, metro), convenient to reach stadiums or airports

Good location but otherwise not a quality hotel. Everything else. Difficulty opening door with key card, peeling ceiling paint, painters tape on bathroom ceiling, no washcloths and the blanket was placed between the sheets for some reason. Also, breakfast was not provided which should have been updated on all booking sites. Property could and should have provided wrapped baked goods and sealed drinks for breakfast at least. Very disappointed in the Wyndham property. Location - very convenient to our main destination.
Terrible Has fungus on the carpet and restroom. Was dirty, smells all the time to marijuana and cigarette. Nothing
Fair It wasn't as up to date. Old furniture old bathroom fixtures. Employee was great about fixing the key lock the card didn't work.
Very Poor No airport shuttle ($40 UBER each way), no one answers the phone then goes to a full voicemail and hangs up, room outdated, towels had poop stains, sheets and pillows smelled. Noisy next door neighbor, played loud bass drive music past midnight. Worst Booking.com ever! I want a refund. Not much, lobby looked nice. Worst hotel stay ever!
