Short Stay With Bare Minimum Experience When booking, it was stated that free breakfast would be available. However, upon check-in we were informed that there would be no breakfast, which for us wasn't a big issue because we were only staying 1-2 nights. However, no attempt was made to offer any suggestions on where to get breakfast or anything upon check-in. It was hard to work the showers in the rooms as well. Worst experience ever None of the keys were working, the facility had a lot of mold the beds were old you can feel the mattress springs rubbing against your body it was a disaster The staff tried to accommodate the guests unfortunately the place was not suitable for the staff to provide service.

Beware Unhappy staff, broken elevator, dirty, trash all over front of building actually blowing into lobby. We have trained service dog for my disabled daughter but staff asked illegal questions regarding dog a nd was very suspicious. Revealed ignorance regarding appropriate service dogs and those people just trying to say their dogs are service dogs. This is 2021...time to come out of Dark Ages and get educated.
