Bad Dirty, costumer service was terrible Nothing
Poor Hotel didn’t offer room maintenance, had to wait a whole day for fresh towels and the staff were kind of rude when you ask them for anything. The location of the Hotel was good.

No housekeeping during the stay Never received housekeeping service during the entire booking. I had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper because nobody went to clean the room. Really bad service. Location

Disappointing
Never again I didn’t like a lot. They didn’t clean rooms, lied about having breakfast, staff was not very friendly, etc… The only good thing was that it was close to the 7 train.
It’s a nightmare . More clean , need a microwave . No towels bad higiene and dirty pellows. Smell so bad. I will not recommend this place. Nothing . Did not filled my expectations . No shuttle service and breakfast . No coffee service in the room
