Disappointing
Bad El cuarto sucio, con polvo, la bañera con hongo, la cortina con hongo. El inodoro sucio, el lavamanos sucio. Las sabanas tenian olor a humedad , la frisa tenia olor a polvo. No pasaban a recoger la basura, pedimos toallas por tres días consecutivos hasta q al fin me las dieron abajo en el counter . Una de las camas no tenía sabanas puestas y las utimizamos por 2 dias sin sabanas. La nevera no servía y quedaron en cambiarla y nunca fueron. No desayuno disponible. Staff Friendly, Location good, room TERRIBLE!!!!! The room was terrible. The mirror on the wall was cracked in several places. The lamps hardly worked you had to manuever the switches. The cabinet that once held the refrigerator (I'm guessing) the door was hanging off and would not shut. The facility did not provide any wash clothes just towels. There was no refrigerator, a coffee pot but no coffee and condiments. Location good, Staff Friendly
The sheets was very soft No clean enough The bathroom floor was all wet due a sink leaking, and the bath area was dirty ! Was a shame!
Disappointing The room wasn't clean.No parking as stated, it was first come first served.Staff was not rude but not kind either.Elevator was broken. No breakfast even if it was advertised on booking.
Great location, close to Manhattan and with a near metro station but not a confortable hotel. Specially the bathroom was not to clean. I had to carry the luggage to the lower o upper floor to get into the elevator. Small parking. Staff is very friendly. The wifi was good.
I would not recommend this place to any one viewing this hotel. Nothing, this place is very nasty The staffs have no customer skill and service. They are rude plus what they show you on the internet is totally different then what they are . Place is very unsanitary. Lack of housekeeping .
