LUGAR sucio Mala Atencion Sucio. Lleno de hongos el baño.. las camas manchadas... parking para 8 carros solamente. Olor a humedad x todo.lado. no hablan español . Nunca me.solucionaron el asunto del aseo de.la habitación. Es un hotel realmente decepcionante. Salimos enfermos de la garganta x la humedad de la habitación. Nada me gusto.
Incómoda, pésimo servicio No tienen espacio para guardar maletas, al haber llegado antes de la hora de check-in, no se pudieron dejar en el hotel y tuvimos que andar con las maletas toda la mañana. La reserva decía incluir desayuno, pero no era cierto. Incumplieron con esta Promesa de la oferta. Pésimo servicio al cliente
Disappointing
I don’t recommend. We had switch rooms twice due to the fact the rooms were not clean. Our window was broken and there wasn’t any towels in the bathroom. Our last room only had 1 pillow when there was 2 of us. The bathroom didn’t look clean at all. We were not comfortable staying here. Never booking here again
Disappointing It was dirty. The fridge didn't work. It smelled bad. That staff was nice
Poor Very vey loud and unclean. Had insects.
Bad The room was dirty. There was mold all along the tub and shower. A foot of dust caking the baseboards.No microwave in the room. They advertised a breakfast but NO breakfast was provided and i was charged for breakfast on my initial booking, id like a refund on that. They did not have face clothes in the room and after inquiring at the desk was told they do NOT provide them. A coffee maker was in the room but no cups OR coffee. Just a horrible experience. Not one thing.
The hotel has definitely declined since we started staying there for years ago. Needs to really impr No washcloths,,noisy in the lobby while trying to sleep,,no maid service during two night stay.Also no breakfast, not even to go bags. Location
Bad It is dirty. Staff is not helpful. There’s no bell boy to help us carry our luggages. They don’t answer calls and concerns. No elevator. We like the location. It is very accessible.
