el hotel donde se empaño la imagen de mi viaje familiar. las habitaciones tenían malos olores, los baños totalmente desaseados con cabellos en el sanitario en la ducha igual,no me colocaron toallas, sabanas rotas en definitiva totalmente sucio. no me gusto nada en absoluto se evidencio desaseo en ese hotel
Bad I paid for 5 nights. The bed smelled terrible. Imagine smelly athlete’s feet. The sheets, covers and pillows smelled as well. The only resolution they offered was to add more sheets. They had no other rooms. I checked out after 1 short night but they charged me for another night. They stated I’m canceling reservations too late. I’ve stayed here a few times in the past and it was not bad. It was a horrific experience this time. Staff was not helpful. Location.
Wouldn’t stay there again even though its location is ideal. Never got hangers in room despite repeated requests, underlit, no cups in room, remote control balky, toilet balky, mixed responses and ultimate denial of my request for them to hold on to my luggage for a few hours after checkout (as hotels in the past have been happy to do...i don’t buy the covid explanation.) Close to subway.
Bad They did not inform us that multiple night stay guests would not hav any service at all. Didn’t care so much about making the beds but emptying trash and clean towels would have been nice and we had to get our own toilet paper. Shower wasn’t cleaned before our stay there was someone’s false eyelash stuck to the shower wall. Looked like the room wasn’t vacuumed either. Front desk clerk was not helpful at all. Location
Meh You get what you pay for. Poor lighting in the room. Hair in the bathroom. And a toilet that didn’t flush well. Moldy bathroom grout and ceiling. Location. It was close to where I needed to be. Which was the point.
Bad Stuff was not very helpful. Bathroom shower was not working. Towels with bad smell. They don’t take trash out. They didn’t serve breakfast They didn’t serve breakfast. I like location.
Not too bad for a last minute stay. At check in, was told room was a non-smoking room, however, the room smelled of smoke upon entry and at a specific time during the stay, the stench of marijuana permeated the room STRONGLY. No microwave. Mattress was a little firmer than my liking. The pillows were small and smelled damp and sour. The sheets felt damp and felt clammy. Very Poor Pillows were dirty. Bathroom wasn’t clean. The last guests items were still in the room, meaning the room was not properly flipped. The room reeked of smoke. Definitely won’t be returning. The surrounding areas had a lot of eateries and excellent parking.
