Muchas cosas por mejorar Al realizar la reserva ofrecia el plan con desayuno incluido, el cual no fué asi. No le realizaban limpieza a la habitacion ni cambiaban las tohallas. La ubicacion
Disappointing We ask called & ask for an extra pillows they say that they don't have any more. While I was talking he hang up the phone on me. He was rude when we came in from the beginning. On the website it say that they were serving breakfast when we asked because of covid-19 they're not serving breakfast. Understandable. While we're parking he guy say we can't park in front of the hotel. First come first get parking. However later when came out 2 vehicle were parked in the front...SMH
Very dark, dirty room, not comfortable. Shower very hard to use. Broken handles, chairs desk
