Bad service No breakfast, no housekeeping, the room wasn’t very clean (the carpet was really dirty). When we asked for housekeeping they just left new sheets for us to change! Bad service overall. The location was good; easy access to the subway.

Bad No maid service the whole time we were there also mold stains and water stains curtains stains dresser broken, coffee pot dirty , no parking, I have pictures The guy at the front desk when we checked in was great
Great staff, terrible hotel. Bed sheets were dirty upon arrival. Remote was missing, when we received it, the television did not work. The room was muggy and floors felt extremely dirty. All the towels were stained. As soon as we walked out of the elevator the walkways smelled like marijuana, the lobby smelled like marijuana. We were very satisfied with the lady that received us.
