The worst hotel in NYC. Make sure to bring your own towels, your toilet paper, your soap... No soap, no toilet paper, no clean towels, no clean sheets, wi-fi was awful, no room cleaning service (not even the trash cans), front desk attention was rude and employees don´t give a penny about customer´s complaints, dirty floors, entrance looks like a dump site, shower leaks, and the list can go on forever... Absolutely nothing !!.
Worst hotel It wasn't clean, the equipment in the room was dirty and old. This hotel is fraud, they mention that hotel have free breakfast and free parking but they didn't have and they told we forgot to remove it from website!!!
Worst experience ever. I travel for work and I've stayed at 100's of hotels. It was filthy! There were bed bugs! Bed bugs! The sheets were stained. The floors were disgusting. The room smelled bad and there was mold all over the bath tub and ceiling and the shower didn't work. I went there for the parking and there was only parking for a handful of cars. I had to park on the street. I immediately asked for a refund and they told me they couldn't / wouldn't do it. Location was fine.
Dark Room Room was dark . Only one lamp. Dust on the table.Over all nothing like as described on the website. Day light coming through from the blinds.Very Disappointed. There is nothing to like about this property.
La Quinta” has to take care this. Front desk told me check out time was at 11 and I heard other people been told at 12. ??? Shower not working properly, jacuzzi useless,mattress need to replace. The whole room need to update.
Bad the staff is HORRIBLE AND RUDE location
