Fair. Cleanliness Location and price.
Disappointing The room wasn’t very nice and the phone at the front desk doesn’t work. The location was good for easy access into Manhattan.
Disappointing for a supposedly 3.5 star hotel. The shower did not work. The "twin bed" was actually a fold out couch which wasn't very comfortable. Parking in the back was very tight. The front desk person was friendly and helpful. I needed an extra sheet set, which he provided.
Para estar tranquilo, no te quedes aquí Para quedarse en este hotel, es mejor un rentar una casa. El personal no ayuda en absolutamente nada y no es amable. Se indica que el desayuno está incluido, pero cuando llegas dicen que no lo proveerán; ni siquiera tienen (o te dan) agua si la pides. Tampoco limpian las habitaciones y no las entregan en el estado esperado. Queda cerca a una estación del metro

Bad Приехали после длительного перелёта, думали выспимся... Какое там. Зашли в номер и обалдели. Как в сказке про Машу и трех медведей. Номер не убранный, постельное белье осталось от предыдущих жильцов. На подушке чужие слюни и волосы. В номере мрачно, очень плохое освещение. Видимо чтобы грязь не видно было. Про полы грязные вообще отдельная тема. Когда пошёл дождь весь подоконник и кондиционер были залиты водой. На просьбу поменять номер сказали что отель переполнен. terrible. Nobody changes the beds nobody cleans clean towels where not given service was terrible customer service is terrible not recommended to ANYBODY!
