Expectations vs Reality Staff is rude! The elevator was out of service during my stay and I had to haul 6 suit cases up and down the stairs. The room smelled like old sweaty man, like the sheets wasn’t changed after the last guest.Everything had stains from the bathroom towels to the sheets, moldy walls even the ironing board had stains, the toilet wasn’t working properly. Bad Room was smelling marijuana all over that I have to buy room freshener. Night staff was rude. Requested for room maid but never got service. Breakfast was not served

Worse hotel experience Front desk woke me up cuz they thought a car was mine when I didn’t register a car with them. And also they had a guest for over an hour at 5am honking horn and nobody in the front desk did anything on till I called complain N/a no breakfast because of covid
