Poor I was given a room with the toilet broken , and shower didn’t work at all when I wanted to shower , which I stayed 2 nights. Also The blankets are very thin compared to other hotels. The bathroom towels were also not clean when I wanted to use them to dry my hands off. I like that the hotel has good channels on the tv
Disappointing The door handle to the bathroom was broken, the jacuzzi was dirty and a panel was broken off on the floor the bed sheets were not clean more were the towels in the bathroom

Very Poor Elevator wasn't functioning got placed on the fourth floor and room key wasn't working. Room next door was very loud. Room towels were dirty upon arrival and was told that they were limited Location
Eh One of my lights went off and the guy say I was suppose to get a 100 back idk about that and the toilet didn't work unless I took the top piece off and put my hand in the toilet and flushing like that and phone didn't work nor one of the night and TV was messed up The ambiance was good looking and clean and the parking was free. And the room was a nice size.
Absolutely Disgusting & Terrible Customer Service Unfortunately upon arrival, I found marijuana on the floor, fresh stains on the carpet, and spotted towels. I immediately let the front desk know of the issue. They said there was nothing they could do to assist me. Unbelievable. I left the hotel without staying for the full dates I paid for. Very Poor majority of the furnishings in the room had dust on it, the wallpaper was cracked, the chair was wobbly, the Ceiling in the bathroom had some kind of black mold on it and the bathroom Filter on the Ceiling was not clean, it had dust on it too and there was no breakfast served no phone in the room and the lighting in the room was totally wack the only thing i had liked was the bed and the tv in the room and the closet in the room was spacious
Bad customer service. They NEVER answer the phone. Room was dirty both bed sheets and tub. Terrible! The room bed sheets and tub was dirty. Alot of people were in the lobby for refunds.
