Disappointing todo Nada
No fue lo que esperaba, pague por una habitación cómoda y me asignaron una habitación no confortable No volvería jamás ahí , ademas me cobraron una noche extra , por haber abandonado el hotel antes de lo acordado. Nada
Not ideal but it was only for one night and for the price I'm honestly not too upset. The room smelled like marijuana although signs in the lobby specifically said no smoking and there was no breakfast although it was advertised. A sign at the front desk said that we could ask for extra pillows or bed sheets but when I requested them I was told they were not available.
Not relaxing at all. The bed was hard the pillows were bad (like a sack of potatoes) shower head didnt work, had a non functional jacuzzi. Very out dated room The price.
Bad I booked to stay overnight and when I got there the system was completely down and myself and about 8 other different customers were told that 30 minutes the system would be up. Then I waited, but again I was told to wait another 30 minutes. This hotel needs to UPGRADE their damn system because this is not the first time this hotel ran into something like this where it was an inconvenience for the customer. Never come back Receptionrude , room not clean like from 10/6 , ac doesn’t work properly noise,hotel kitchen not clean old furniture sink leaking blankets all over bunch holes blankets are old color on blunkets little yellow and reception copying credit card and saving for records when I asked why he did that answered hotel want to know this person visited this hotel I said ID isn’t inough he was rude and said I can leave if don’t like it deside to stay anyway I have to change credit card. Fair The room was not very clean and the phone was not working There was no breakfast but the hotel charged the same price as if they had provided breakfast. I had stayed in this same hotel when they had provided breakfast
Poor No hot tub no breakfast no refrigerator working coming to the hotel pushing the side doors And a room was pretty big
