Old, no breakfast They advertised breakfast included on the website but had a sign at the front desk saying they have stopped serving it for an indefinite period of time due to the pandemic

Never again Everything! Absolutely nothing!
I am 50 years old and this is the worst hotel experience over ever had. I didnt like this the key didnt work to get in the room. So we had to wait each time we came for someone to come and open. Didn’t like how my family of 4 had to share one towel our entire stay because they refused to give us towels after we told two different people 3 times that we needed towels. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. Just the location.
Bad Bed bugs
Very Poor The booking included breakfast but they didnt have. I understand its pandemic but they have to improvised to fill in the missing part. They should have a food coupons to a nearby diner , mcdonald etc etc. I need to get what i have paid for! The staff were not friendly too. Im not going to recommend this place Convenient location. Thats all

Horrible, horrible, horrible There was mold in the first room. We changed rooms and it got worst..a dirty coat was left on the floor. In this time of Covid 19 better sanitizing and cleaning even upgrading this property would be best. New linen a must because the current look is soiled at best. Not good at all Nothing about this stay was good. Horrible from beginning
Mean and unclean Rooms was dusty from the Ac to the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Bath towels had yellowing bath mat appeared to be cut from a full size bath towel. Tv system had to be shut down with modem to be reinstalled very out dated drapery and carpet.Top bed sheet has seen better days. Room 303 had one light for the entire room from the ceiling and one night lamp.
