Sudden decline Hotel has declined since our last visit (this is our third time staying here). We always liked its convenience to the subway lines and central location. It now appears dirty, run down, and seems to have become a "boarding house" for some city dwellers. Unfortunately we didn't feel safe, and are sad to have to stay somewhere next time. Hotel needs a major overhaul to get back up to speed.
I won’t stay there ever again. Better customer service, better should off being notify, there was no housekeeping service for the five days I was there. No clean towels, no toilet paper. Very disappointed at the service. There was NO breakfasts, the package was to have continental breakfast, I was not notified until I got there, and wanted to eat breakfast, I had to go out and buy breakfast to eat.

Poor I left with rashes and welps. The lamps didn't work. I needed a new key every night. THE FACT THAT I WOKE UP ITCHING EVERY SINGLE NIGHT WAS DISGUSTING. THE VLEANING STAFF SUCKS! The distance was good

It was the worst night of my life. First of I would like to tell you that rooms in this hotel are not what the customers expect this was a last minute booking an I wish I stood in the airport and not this hotel the bathroom was not clean at all an then Tun was clogged, I will not be returning to this hotel an sadly I am in come to NYC for work very often
Poor The place was dirrty Towle over the away I was disappointed I nothing about this place. will never going back to this place
Very Poor Shower barely worked, very outdated and bad odor in the building. No wash rags.
