Bad No towels in the toilet. Bathroom couldn't flush for 3 days I had a use bucket of water every time I use the bathroom. Air conditioning was making loud noise I couldn't sleep. The carpet floor was wet. The refrigerator was broken wasn't working at all. I let them know about it. They didn't care. It was really frustrating. I hope not to ever experience that again I like nothing about this place

Ok The headband fell off the wall we had to change rooms. Second room was hot ac took forever to kick in no phone in room and my boyfriend had to get the staff our tv wasn’t working Close to the train and food and stores
Dirty room Found open condom wrapper and ash in room but was told it was a non smoking room. Nothing
Bad The shower didn't work, the first room smelled like cigarette smoke, the second room the shower didn't work, the third room the television didn't work, people fighting in the hallway the police had to be called. Run don't walk find another hotel fast. Nothing.
