HORRIBLE!!! No staff in site room was dirty towels looked used bathroom smelled and the a.c did not work.
Poor The Air Conditioning smelt like human urine and there was no type of Cold or Cool Air at all to keep the entire room Cold or Cool. The telephones did not work. It looked like the Bed Sheets and The Pillow cases was not washed properly. The Staff was only one Front Desk Person and when I asked about the Telephones being fixed in the room 207 where I and my husband was staying and if I could get Maid Service, the answers was I will be there in half an hour to fix the Telephones and I had to fix the bed ourselves and dust ... read more
I will never stay here again or use booking.com again When we got to the hotel it was dirty. There was no coffee for the morning no cups. There were no towels no loss clause no shampoo no conditioner. There was no light in the bathroom that worked.
