The worst stay Untidiness, garbage everywhere, no one ever at the front to answer any questions. No one even picked up the phone. Horrible service. Property is poorly managed, the staff wasn’t helpful during my stay. No one was in the front lobby most of the time. There was fight that happened between 2 visitors and the guy at the front wouldn’t even call the cops. Phones ringing off the hook. Garbage not changed in the hallway or picked up. I wouldn’t book This property ever again. Nightmare.
I like the price but not safe to walk around Not organized, no parking No breakfast, rooms given was occupied 3 times, not a good experience
The worst experience ever very, very bad hotel. I would like to communicate to report a complaint at the hotel. I paid the cash more than the recorder and the extra value was withdrawn from the visa. The place is very bad. The bathroom is broken. The bathroom is not clean. The room is not equipped with a charger. Bad Room was dirty , smelled, damaged furniture and dead bugs in the bed , no towels or washcloths were in the room after check in and when asked for they said no washcloths available The location was in a great place easy to access to the Bronx, Brooklyn and other areas that may interest travelers
Garbage in halls No smoke alarm No breafast
Sad Room was dirty, liners was never changes and the noise of the train you can’t sleep well Location is good
