Malo Cuando llegue el hindú que atiende me discriminó por no hablar Inglés. Reclame porque sin haber hecho el check in ya me habían debitado de mi tarjeta el costo del hospedaje o sea antes de llegar al hotel. Fue una oferta engañosa decía incluye desayuno y no había desayuno. Y el hindú no sabe atender a los clientes. Poco aseado. Oferta engañosa no incluía el desayuno
dissapointed The room was dirty, dusty, and generally not taken care of. The ice bucket was not clean as well. The carpet was awful. location
Disappointing Door card reader was not working first night, wasn’t fixed till second night Sheets were dirty, found a smudge on my sheets. Towels appeared clean but stained. Location was ideal, with ample municipal parking
Bad The sheets were ripped and I woke up with bug bites and our mattress sagged so much in the middle my boyfriend and I spent all night tossing and turning.And when looking for an outlet to plug in our chargers there was obvious burn damage around the receptical. It was closely located to public transportation.
DON`T BOOK THIS HOTEL. The worst hotel ever. dirty, reception staff not friendly at all, very bad experience, room is worst quality, beds have bugs in it. the only reason to book is its near to my friends house, even the WiFi is worst. DON`T BOOK THIS HOTEL.
Bad and uncomfortable. Firstly when I arrive I was giving the wrong room. Double room instead of single room. The manager fixed the problem. I also was told it was hot tub on premises and that was false. Once we were settle around 10p someone walked into my room was giving the wrong key. To top it off after checking out i notice it was a drug needle on the desktop. I reported this to manager and he didn't seem to care. No concern he just said i will report it. You can rent rooms by the hour here. That says it all. The service, rooms and ventilation. Leaving.
Bad The room wasn't clean. The pillows had blood and hair on it and the answer from the front desk clerk was "sometimes housekeeping doesn't change the pillows, but the rest is clean" it was too late for us to leave. I booked with another card and because I didn't have it I had to pay with another.. so I paid twice. Absolutely nothing
I was not happy with my room The hotel needs to upgraded things are falling apart there I didn’t have breakfast
