Unprofessional I didn’t like the facts that the tub was dirty , the sink was broken plus dirt literally around it the bathroom trash can had stuff in it already when I went to use the bathroom there was urinate inside of the toilet already in we just got there , the key swiped did not work the door couldn’t open so we had to ask front desk to come open it , also there was no comforter blanket for the bed it was Half made only 2 pillows.. was missing stuff , .. the bathroom was very horrible ! That it was Quiet

was ok and i might stay again but please look into my dislikes. for the cost of the room there should have been a microwave in the room the Jacuzzi didn't work the AC/heating unit was way too high for anyone to reach, we had to use a chair, provide a remote only had two very poorly constructed pillows bed was comfy though the fridge was a nice size but could have at least offered water the shower pressure was great
Pleasant When I got there, the front desk attendant immediately profiled me and gave me a room on the sub-ground level. That is where they put minorities, and those that smoke pot. Then to top it off, my room key didn't work the 2 days I stood there, and they never attempted to fix the problem. Very racist staff. Firm bed, Direct TV.
